Age of Gods; 1 - 1207.
Year 1; the Kingdom of Gallowmoor takes control of the whole Eastern Synk’maa. The counting of years begins. Firewing is positioned as the main deity of Eastern Synk’maa.
Year 180; the armies of Gallowmoor and Eastern Synk’maa attack Middle Synk’maa to conquer the continent.
Year 184; the war in Middle Synk’maa ends and the continent is now under Gallowmoor’s control.
Year 206; the southern kingdoms of Western Synk’maa join the ever expanding rule of Gallowmoor without resistance. The northern queendom of Western Synk’maa refuse to do so, and, surprisingly, are left on their own.
Year 214; Northern Synk’maa joins the great kingdom of Gallowmoor.
Year 426; the white mages of Gallowmoor establish Children of the Eternal Flame. The first Oracle is being nominated.
Year 1170; the various cults and covens worshiping Witch gather under one banner and demand the same rights as the followers of Firewing.
Year 1179; Gray Burg, in Western Synk’maa, announces Witch as their main deity. The other cities and towns of southern Western Synk’maa join Gray Burg’s religious view.
Year 1184; the people of Middle Synk’maa debate between Firewing and Witch. Political and religious turbulence is on the rise. The people of Northern Synk’maa announce their loyalty to Easter Synk’maa on the subject.
Year 1188; Children of the Eternal Flame try to convert the people of southern Western Synk’maa back to the faith of Firewing.
Year 1192; the followers of Witch, who want to be separated from the great kingdom of Gallowmoor, begin to call themselves the Shadow Kin. The followers of Firewing, still firmly committed to Gallowmoor, begin to call themselves the Loyalists.
Year 1195; a sect belonging to the Shadow Kin, known as the Black Sun, tries to assassinate the Oracle. At the end of the year, the great kingdom of Gallowmoor and the Loyalists declare war against Gray Burg and the Shadow Kin.
Years 1196-1207; the First War is fought.
Year 1207; Gallowmoor and the Loyalists win the war. The Age of Gods is considered to have ended.
Age of Woes; 1208 - 1372.
Year 1208; black magic, sea witch sorcery and other forms of magic that are considered antagonistic to Firewing, are declared illegal by the Children of the Eternal Flame. Throughout the Age of Woes, the white mages and the Children of the Eternal Flame gain more political and religious power. Eventually, the Oracle is seen as an almost important leading figure, as the King of Gallowmoor.
Year 1344; black magic is no longer illegal.
Year 1349; sea witch sorcery is no longer illegal.
Year 1372; as the reconstruction of Synk’maa is almost finished, the Age of Woes is considered to have ended.
Age of Men; 1373 -
Year 1784; nationalistic world views are on the rise in Middle Synk’maa. Gallowmoor observes the situation. No major turbulence has yet emerged.
Year 1787; the petty king of Gray Burg, Siegfried, announces himself as the End Time Prophet. Gallowmoor considers the situation alarming.
Year 1788; the Oracle, Sister Linhild, is assassinated. Gallowmoor and the Children of the Eternal Flame do their best to make the public believe that the cause of death was an accident to prevent any religious instability from emerging.
